Do you understand what a vasectomy is? He is spiritually, mentally neutered, soft and doughy. Especially the guy who gets forced into the snip by his wife. No scientific study will show this, but you can use your own two eyes!

A vasectomy is considered non-reversible. You have to sign a paper saying you understand that before you get one. The micro-vascular surgery required to reverse it is complicated but, even if they successfully re-attach the vas, a man can still be infertile. When a man has a vasectomy, the billions of sperm are absorbed by his body and sometimes, the immune system will attack them. This can also happen to a man who hasn't had a vasectomy and be a cause of infertility. So even if the the attachment goes well, he may still be infertile. No one should ever count on a vasectomy being reversible. I wish it was that simple. If only they could install a simple valve in teenage boys that would not be opened until he is ready to have children, then closed again.

When I went in for mine, every other guy there (about 7 of them) was getting it reversed. They all looked to be 50+. I asked my urologist why, and he answered right away: "Second marriages".

Yes, you do have to sign a paper it can't be reversed, but there's a decent chance it can be. I chose to bank my sperm so I'm covered either way.

I have one and when I date younger women, they really like it. I'm often the first person to ever "finish" in them since they've always responsibly used condoms to prevent STIs (we exchange clean test results first).

Oh, people only have sex when "it's worth it" and fits in to their family planning goals? Interesting - then you should have no problem with abortions being restricted to the standard outlier scenarios (rape, incest and life of the mother).
