He should have stayed out of the fray. Instead he jumped into the midst of that circus and looked like a complete clown. The motto has clearly shifted to when they go low, we go lower.
He was arguing against use of fear tactics and divisiveness while partaking in both! Not to mention the nerve to talk about cognitive decline after backing Biden for years. They’re gross and desperate. Not saying Trump is any better, at all, but personally find the holier than though attitude very off putting. Obama hardly achieved anything in office that he promised besides increasing healthcare costs. Yuck. |

| I’m a huge fan of Obama but he’s not Harris. Harris is basically the exact opposite of Obama as a politician and a person. I would vote for Obama to be president again in a heartbeat. A Harris presidency in the other hand is going to be a hot mess and we all know it. |
A Harris presidency will be a lot like the last four years (especially if she gets a Republican Senate and therefore holds on to most of Biden's appointees since any replacement would be blocked). And at least Harris would answer to the voters in 2028. Trump has nothing left to lose - his next four years would consist of lowering taxes on his rich cronies to create a national debt the likes of which no one has seen before, while also squeezing every last tax dollar he can into his own pocket (think month-long trips to Mar-a-lago). |

Obama is outdated. The world has changed and he has not. That stuff just doesn’t resonate any more (to reach across the aisle/independents). The base will always love him and his rhetorical style, but this isn’t 2008. We saw him govern for 8 years and there is a reason that Trump won in 2016 as a change agent.
Old geezers still turn out for Bruce Springstien concerts, so my guess is Obama will pop up every 4 years. No matter how great the glory days were, the rest of the world has moved on. |

Well said. |
Let me understand this. You are saying that the Democrats have a holier than thou attitude? Have you listened to Trump speak? Ever? He can't get through a sentence or two without saying that he alone can do everything and knows more about everything than anyone else. |
You're F kidding, right? This forum taken over by F magas. |
Has it, really?? |
You are wrong. Income inequality is still the number one problem. |
Unfortunately the party decided to pretend Biden wasn’t experiencing severe mental decline until it was too late. Should’ve run a proper primary and let the people choose instead of a handful of power brokers deciding who the nominee would be. Shameful. |
Vote for Kamala, who tried to block evidence that freed an innocent man from death row. Vote Kamala, who held prisoners who had already served their time so that they could be used as labor. ( what’s it called when you hold someone unjustly for the purpose of working them? Oh yeah. SLAVERY) Vote for Kamala, who destroyed the life of at least one black woman with a sick child by charging her under truancy laws. Her getting her start on her knees under Willie Brown’s desk is the least disqualifying thing about her. |
