Trump, if he had his way, would return to racist "no blacks allowed" housing discrimination policies like the ones he got sued over. He'd return to racist employment policies and poor treatment of black employees like he did in his casinos. There were guardrails in place, and they barely held. This time around, they have a plan for completely dismantling anything that stood in their way the first time around, and installing loyalists and yes-men (and women) into positions of power, so they can do anything they can implement any policies they want. We know that the SCOTUS will rubber stamp it.
