Throwing money at the schools wont fix the issues. It needs to be targeted money, that provides the extra resources the kids need (often what they are not getting outside the classroom). Oh and things like free breakfast and lunch and snacks for all---Difficult to learn if you haven't eaten anything in 12+ hours.

That will do nothing to solve educational disparities. Parents, household income levels, and educational attainment explain almost all of this gap. It cannot be solved and the outcomes will never be equal.
