Anyone else concerned about Kamala's advertising or lack thereof?

I agree she is focusing on the youth vote. I have older teens and they "like her" because of the viral content. Is it stupid? Yes. It might still get her some vote. As an older person I don't especially care for her. I see an ad to defend abortion rights, of not several, every single day and to me that is a bigger motivator than Harris as a person or anything she has to say to get me to show up and vote for her.

I live in SC (a no-hope state) but spend several days a week in NC (a some-hope state), and the difference in advertising between the two locations is stark.

You'd hardly know there is a presidential election in SC while in NC I hear clever Harris ads on the radio every time I'm in the car. There are billboards on major thoroughfares. Signage everywhere.

I think if you are not being exposed to Harris advertising it's because where you live is not in play.

I hate that Dems always take voters for granted. Harris has a huge war chest. She could at least show voters in locked in areas some love.

I'm in NC, and I seem to see more Trump signs than Harris. Recently there are a lot of signs with simple language on the top for Trump and bottom for Kamala:

Trump Safety/Kamala Crime
Trump Low Taxes/Kamala High Taxes
Trump Safe Borders/Kamala Open Borders

Unfortunately I think those will be very effective for the low information voter.

Focusing on the youth vote…where have I heard that before? Oh right, McGovern in ‘72.

You think pushing ads at people already voting for you is showing them some love? I'm grateful to not be at the receiving end of a barrage of ads.

I guess you like your vote being taken for granted. Remember that if ever she does anything you majorly disagree with even if it is one out of 10 things. You are just a vote.

You know what - even 2016 - his shit was awesome. I'm anti Trump all the way but admittedly, the guy is a genius at marketing.

Last night in the radio they played a sound bite of what Kamala had to say about the election with respect to pitching the black male vote. I can't even remember the sound bite because it didn't really make any sense?? Something about how all votes count I think? But then I heard Trump and I was laughing my head off in the car by myself!

He's a liar and ridiculous. A fool and a felon. He's garbage. BUT man, that guy can sell.

The sound bite was that "I love black men" quote. Utterly ridiculous but you remember it, you are entertained by it, it's an effective sound bite with respect to what he's wanting the sound bite to communicate if you are undecided and don't already hate it, it is short and simple and easy.

He's a liar but it's so easy to buy what he's selling. Kamala needs to make it easy.

^I'll add that his website was impressive in 2016 but u haven't looked this time around. The thing is, campaigning is a game. The Dems really suck at it. When the Dems win, they either have a god running or people love the candidate enough. It's not really campaigning that brings home the gold. Not of late anyway. Hilary's stuff sucked. Absolutely sucked. You may have loved her but Trumps campaign was good.

Im in a swing state, swing district. I am inundated with Kamala ads, talking about her middle class upbringing and how she likes America.

(I'm getting really sick of "I'm just a regular, not rich person" routine. No, lady. Your family is very rich, you grew up in Canada at a fancy French school, you are not relatable.)

You think the president's job is to send you video recordings of her chatting?
Not to make Executive Orders and direct the military and send an agenda to Congress?

She can take my vote for granted because she's providing leadership I strongly prefer, relative to the disastrous alternative.
If something substantial changes, I'll be concerned, along with 10% or more of my state, and she'll need to stop taking us for granted.

In Florida, ads seem to conspicuously avoid mentioning Harris and instead focus on the various amendments that are on the ballot in Florida, especially the abortion and pot legalization amendments.

The Trump ads are 3 on illegal immigration, 2 on transgender surgeries for prisoners and one on economy.

I was wondering if Harris would have any new ads targeting men tonight. Nothing so far.

op - it's CRAZY. where are they??? I am so p***ed that they raise all this money then dont spend it or spend it on something that wont break through.

Perhaps it's her policies that aren't resonating with voters and not how much money she is spending...
Notice how there was more excitement when she wasn't giving policy specifics or doing interviews. It's like the more voters get to know what she is about, the less they like of her. Kind of makes it seem like they should've had a primary so voters could decide their own candidate whose policies they prefer instead of having her chosen for us. This should have been obvious given the last primary she was in.
