When did you stop carrying your kids?

I’ll piggy back my 8 year old on occasion from bed to bathroom but that’s it. She similar in size to others - 55 lbs. she’d love to be carried down to breakfast in the morning (she takes a looong time to wake up) but she’s gotten too big. I just can’t do it without risking injury.
