This will my be thrown out. No appeal will be granted. No stay no nothing.

The judge followed the law.

She deserves to be in jail for the rest of her dam life! However I will take 9 years I hope to god she suffers greatly.

Well, she's 69 now. She'll be 78 when she gets out of prison. The one good thing is that she will never be trusted with a public position again. She is now just inconsequential. She will serve her time and fade into anonymity.

+1 This is the most important thing. She ran for Colorado Secretary of State in 2022 after being indicted, FFS!

Her little speech was ridiculous.

Why did her lawyer let her spew?

I hope the GOP members of the Georgia election board are paying attention.

Her actions called into question if our elections were trustworthy and whether our public servants that are elected could be trusted. She endangered every other member of the clerk's office by her actions because there are people out there that are threatening county clerks because they believe the clerks are dishonest. She completely undermined the position to which she was elected and endangered her fellow coworkers.

Sorry, but I feel she is lucky to have only received 9 years. She deserves more.

The judge punished her because of her speech, and said that in court? I think this might get thrown out on appeal.
The Secretary of State ordered election results to be deleted and she made a copy for herself, giving access to someone from MyPillow.

If you think that, you have no understanding of what the judge said.

I urge you to go back and read the transcript of the judge's sentence

or if you prefer, watch it:

What you've suggested has no relation to what the judge actually said.

That was absolutely beautiful.

Wow! That was amazing!

I loved how the judge called out her arrogance. She's a Trumper Humper for sure.

And of course. Now the judge who sentenced her is getting death threats.

It’s time to get past the violence and intimidation that Trump causes.

I hope that they trace those death threats. Those are crimes and people who have sent death threats to judges and government workers, when caught, usually end up with well deserved prison time.

I agree they deserve jail time. I strongly dislike many Republicans. I limit my complaints to complaining about them, not threatening them. Once a person has moved into threatening someone, they’re that much closer to doing something.

Tina gets to do County Lockup and Prison Woo hoo I hope she rots and rots! I hope her family is destroyed. I hope everything for her that she imposes on others with her shitty lies and entitlement.

I’m all for her being held accountable but why do you hope her family is destroyed? She broke the law, not them.

Holy! I know of her, but never beyond that. Held my breath watching video. Judge was terrifyingly stealth. And now I see ⬇️ death threats and indictment against the judge? Magas leaning hard on Trump Retribution Syndrome.
