Exactly! People are acting like there is 0 value in office chat. But making connections with people, seeing what they’ve been up to lately, having spontaneous side-of-desk conversations - all of those things have value. Don’t get me wrong - I would hate to RTO FT. I love my 2-3 day/week hybrid though. |

“Nah”
- Rosa Parks |
I don't think it's wrong for workers RTO to look out for their own wallets. Commuting expenses and wardrobe are not super flexible. Can definitely save money on overpriced restaurants and coffee shops with their tip screens. |
They should just sell the buildings no one wants to go to shitty expensive downtown to sit in front of a zoom meeting |

Right?! We HAVE To stay on teams all day and be available. Also we have to report a daily log of all the things we accomplished so anyone saying no one is working at home is an idiot. Lot's of you are about to be called back in, just sayin'. Sounds like most of you on this thread will be happy about this since you have no life outside of your job and need to go to work to corner people to yapp about your 6 cats. Karen, we HATE you. Leave us alone. |
| They same people wanting to call you back into the are democrats and they are SO concerned about the environment yet want 900 million cars driving into work everyday. Let that sink in. Wrap you head around that. |
Only dumb Republicans drive in the city. The rest of us use our amazing public transportation system. |
Trump wanted RTO |
Okay russian bot. There is no city I have lived in that had reliable, extensive public transportation. Maybe if you lived directly in the city but many of us dont. |

Well paying full time jobs are evaporating rapidly.
An employee willing and capable of coming into the office is a more valuable commodity than one that isn’t. The culling is in motion. |
