I hope she has hobbies beyond work/eat/sleep and plans for this money she's saving? It sounds like depression or high-functioning ASD.

This. Living with one's parents at that age would be highly unusual in the US for an adult without serious mental or physical problems. If she has hobbies and interests and other things going on in her life beyond work, then she is probably fine, but, if not, I would be concerned. Is she at least successful in her career, and does she find it interesting and enjoyable?

As others have noted, I hope that the parents are charging rent.

It's fine if she had a vibrant social life. But she doesn't, and living with parents is not helping that front.

I recently read about a man who lived with his parents until his mid 30s and saved a lot of money, but it also severely limited his social skills and connections, and he really regretted it.

She's not "normal" to regular standards but I'm sure her parents know that already.

I have a co-worker who is 30 and lives "at home". He's a pretty weird introvert character and not good looking so I'm sure he'll live at his parents home forever.

However, If I was his parents, I would still encourage him/her to move out, experience the world on their own and not be a burden on their aging parents...

Note: I am from a Culture where the children usually stay home until marriage, specially girls and I still find an over 30 living at home unhealthy and weird.

DP. “Not good looking” can mean bad hygiene, poor posture, don’t care style, unaware of society or norms, etc. Can also mean handicaps or physical deformities.

If she's single and childless at 36 -- probably the ability to retire at a reasonable age and enjoy her retirement. Living with parents provided they are okay with it and you contribute and take care of them as they age is a reasonable compromise. But 36 is around the age many people start looking ahead and trying to figure out how to make sure they don't have to work for the rest of their lives.

So you’re pick is she’s antisocial and a dependent for a few more decades in order to freeload from her old parents from age 18-50 in order to save $10000s and then go live the high life of leisure, travel, experiences and friends once they die?
