There are many people on our team willing to be team rep. Unfortunately our current team rep is a power hungry narcissist who refuses to give up any semblance of control on the team. As a result, the team - and kids suffer.

Then talk to your pool Board.

No. Divisionals is an individual meet, not a team-scored meet.
