Even Jim Jordan's report trying to look into the 51 IC officials reveals some pretty grim truths about Trump and his personality traits. For example deep concerns all the way up to CIA director Haspell who was Trump's own CIA chief. 33-year CIA veteran Mike Morell said:

But I have to tell you that, you know, spending 33 years at CIA and watching literally hundreds of world leaders during that time, President Trump's personality traits deeply concerned me, what I believed to be deep narcissism, what I believed to be deep paranoia, what I believe to be a type of sadism where you—not sexually, of course, but a type of sadism where you, you know, are happy when your opponents have been injured in some way—I'm talking politically—that those were all traits that I saw in foreign leaders who did significant damage to their country and significant damage to the democracies of their country," Morell said, according to the released transcripts.

"And, you know, my fear, in my view, was borne out by his failure to act on January 6, 2021. So, that's what I meant when I wrote that. That's what I was thinking," Morell added in the April 2023 testimony.

It's obvious in how his vocabulary has gone from articulate to 5th-grade level, how he slurs his words, how he goes off on incoherent rants that make no sense whatsoever. Literally every argument you make about Biden's supposed mental fitness and how he's unfit to serve and needs to step down thus ALSO applies to Trump. Sorry but you CANNOT GET AROUND THAT. You can continue to scream this into the ether, but the voters that matter are those who don’t support Trump but are also concerned about Biden’s mental acuity. Turning every discussion of whether Biden is up to another 4 years in office into “but what about Trump” doesn’t help you. These voters already know Trump sucks but need assurance that the Dems have a viable alternative to offer.

They can "be concerned about Biden's mental acuity" all they want but the reality is that unless and until there is a solid candidate actively out there on every state ballot with the funds and the polling to show they will blow Trump out of the water with a substantial point margin in swing states, then it's you who's shouting into the ether. And no, they DON'T sufficiently "already know Trump sucks" if this is where we're at, that they are willing to throw their votes away for not having a viable alternative, and thereby give Trump an easy win.

The Dems do not get a pass for failing to provide a competent alternative to Trump. You can know Trump sucks but also find Biden to be an unacceptable alternative.

He is the alternative we have, so choose accordingly. If you honestly believe Trump as an autocrat for the rest of his life is better than another year of Biden and then 3 years of Harris, I don't know what to tell you.
