Can he talk? Are you ready for him to tell everyone he is not feeling well, but you gave him medicine so he could come party.

Kid has a headache, takes Motrin? Yes, fine to go out.

Kid has a 102 fever, runny nose, pretty sick, but fever breaks with Motrin? No, stay home

Up here. More like number 2, not super sick, acting like normal self but runny nose and low grade temperature that's better with Motrin

Under 100 and nose is not a faucet kid would be in school. So bbq is fine. Especially since outside.

Nonsense. You arent supposed to sebd a feverish child to school.

I’m shocked…SHOCKED I tell you…that the “FoLlOw ThE ScIeNcE” crowd doesn’t believe in the science! It was a rouse all along!

I don’t think your retaliation is as clever as you think it is, mostly because it refers to travellers for whom the vessel / aircraft, etc. MUST REPORT the person and their symptoms to the applicable authorities. This isn’t about taking a sick kid to a party - this is about actually reporting a disease.

I’d kind of like to know what point you were hoping to make?
