I bought tickets to take my daughter to the concert. And then to find out Sabrina Carpenter’s concert is too vulgar our 13 year-old does not want to go and I’m trying to sell the tickets and StubHub is not helping to give me a refund. 😞

I've been listening to Sabrina Carpenter, Chappell Roan, and Olivia Rodrigo and they are all incredibly talented and their music is smart and catchy. However, their lyrics can all be very explicit, graphic, vulgar and mean. I'm not sure I'd bend over backwards to get my 13 year old there.

TS is a genius and a lady. The new crop of female pop stars are confusing vulgarity with equality and power. I like a lot of the music, but they are definitely not role models for tweens.

It’s like night and day. Taylor‘s most explicit lyric on TTPD was an insinuation of self pleasuring.

We bought tickets for the Charlottesville show which was a fraction of the price of the Baltimore show. Also I have three girls (10, 12, and 14) and we're all going and it is on a Sunday night. We're all super excited.
