I don't believe the polls. What polls? The ones that pop up on your computer and ask you to answer some questions? The ones that call the phoneline that is no longer picked up or exist on your desk or kitchen wall? The ones that knock on your home front door that you don't answer because it's a stranger? This also anecdotally matches my experience.

If your relationships are primarily with conservatives, you have no comparison. My anecdotal experience tells me that most conservatives are miserable Archie Bunker types and I don't see happiness, just miserable, hating individuals.

Published medical reports including from Tufts Univ, Social Science & Medicine–Mental Health, Cooperative Elections Study and extensive data reviewed in The NY Times that is consistent since the 1970s but continue on disbelieving the science because you don’t like it. Happens a lot on this board.
