My 7YO keeps getting panty liners in the mail.

Absolutely a subscription w/ March & June. Almost certainly someone who sent your son a gift before.

Remember that what you're seeing is not who bought the item, but whose credit card was used. When you're thinking of your relatives, it could be a spouse, in a maiden name, etc. If it's a friend of your kid, the name would be their parent's. Did he ever have a school friend send a gift directly because they didn't have one for a birthday party or something?

I don't find it funny at all, and I'm not Op. This is extremely alarming, particularly if it's coming from an adult to a little boy.

Geez relax. It’s almost certainly a mistake in selecting the address on someone’s auto delivery. Our school does baskets for the fall fair. One parent assembles them and families can order items from a wishlist. I assembled them one year, and you would not believe how many random items I got over the next few months after the fair from moms who had accidentally clicked on my address (since they had inputed it in oct) for future orders. It’s easy to do

I have purchased school stuff to be sent to another address and it also pops up as the address over a year later but I've always caught it (at least I think so). Op, have you used your address to coordinate donations or anything?

Or has he received Amazon sent birthday gifts

OP here, he received another 100-pack of pantyliners! March, June, September, I guess we should expect another delivery in December. It's ridiculous that Amazon can't seem to stop it or tell us who it is so we can reach out to them.
