Spinach frittata |
A heated-up can of Amy's black bean chili with diced onion, shredded cheese and sour cream on top. And a seltzer water. |
Ummm, this is a stroke of genius. I think. Does it ever backfire by making you eat a bunch more in addition to the dinner? |
Japanese curry. Vegan ice cream. A glass of white wine. |
Black beans on their own or with something? |
A burger and a bag of chips. The burger is from my neighbor's happy cows. |
A bowl of cherries. I ate a lot during the day. |
Soy/sambal/honey marinated chicken thighs, rice and red cabbage. |

Bread dipped in an olive oil concoction
Nuts Cherries |

We get one of those huge salmons from Costco every week and cut it up and freeze it for daily meals. We end up eating salmon about twice a week. One of those times is with old bay, another with lemon pepper and another as tacos or breakfast. Lasts 2 nights now that the boys eat more but someone with little kids could probably get a 3rd days worth |
