Is this the sort of gaslighting that goes on every time someone has to deal with the Central Office? For those who might now know, McKnight became acting superintendent in March 2021. She had been Deputy Superintendent since 2019. Beidelman was promoted in June 2023. That's not the beginning of her term - it is well inside her time as superintendent. |
The answer to this question is yes. |
Aside from McKnight, who on the BOE was involved in scandal, coverups, and or responsible for McKnight's departure? Will MoCo voters find out after tomorrow's results? Or will we know after final results in Nov? |
McKnight herself said she was asked to step away by the officers of the board. That's Silvestre and Harris. |
Well even McKnight wasn't involved per se but someone had to take the falll. |
Exactly. The person who promoted the sexual harasser had to take the fall. Oh wait, doesn't that mean she was directly involved? |
I heard Biedleman got a job at montgomery college. Mcknight nor Biedleman are suffering from this. |
Silvestre and Harris, as the officers, were acting on behalf of a majority of the board of education when they asked McKnight to step down. |
Yep, she protected Beidleman and promoted him, and then lied to the board about not knowing about the investigation, when she knew about it. |
The many anonymous complaints and investigations into Beidleman predate McKnight. Also, the CO is supposed to vet people. McKnight signs off on it. Seems like they failed her since previous super had swept all this under the rug. |
Karla Silvestre, President of the Board, also has a high-profile gig at Montgomery College.... |
She knew what was going on. For years. |
Except there was no real evidence supporting that. |
He also was evicted from his Crown area residence |
He’s not listed on the Montgomery College website |
