What to do when your kid sucks at sports

Hey there,

It can be tough to see our kids struggle, especially when they're dealing with bullying on top of it. It's great that he enjoys the game and wants to keep trying.

As a parent, your support and encouragement mean everything. Together, you can explore some strategies to help him cope with the bullying and improve his skills.
For example, I could play basketball in my best years, but my son was not very good at basketball, however he really liked playing, even though he was bullied for not playing well.

Personally, I saw this bullying and decided that I would try to pass on my skills to him, and I started playing basketball with him. First of all, I tried to explain how to throw into the ring correctly, what force should be applied and from what positions on the field to throw the ball. Then I explained the tactics of the game to him a little and then played with him for 2 hours a day throughout the summer. In the following academic year, he began playing in the main squad of players.
