If Gray is so anti-development, why is the Chamber of Commerce supporting him?

I don't mean that rhetorically, I am genuinely curious how Gray got both the labor unions and the chamber on his side. I sort of assumed Fenty had pissed them off somehow but I wondered if anyone had more details.

14:47 this is a quick google search on the matter. apparently dc chamber of commerce thinks gray's vision for the city regarding business and economic growth goes beyond real estate developers and their shovels.
