I urge thoughtful voters to look at the Turnaway Study and what happens when women are denied abortions they want. None of it is good. You want to hold women and girls hostage for 9 months to force them to gestate because you believe a zygote has more rights than a woman or girl who has all sorts of reasons not bringing a child into this world at that moment.

It is a woman having to carry the baby for several more months vs. the baby's life. In the .1% of cases when the mother's life is on the line and you have to choose between the two, I have zero problem choosing the mother in that scenario and think all laws should reflect that.

Yes, human reproduction is not some kind of easy black/white thing. Women and girls in this world have more rights than embryos. You clearly don't think so. But Most people do. Let’s put this in terms you might better understand. If you had to choose between saving 10,000 frozen embryos in a lab or a 5 month old baby, would you even hesitate to make that choice? And explain your choice.

Embryos and fetuses do NOT have the same status as a person born into this world. They just don’t. And when it comes to saying whose body takes precedence, most people would agree it’s the woman. You know why? Because pregnancy is consequential in a way that people can understand. Al pregnancies have the potential to kill the body that is gestating them. All pregnancies have the potential to maim the person who carries them. That there is absolutely the reason that pregnancy is a special status unlke any other situation. If you value women and girls you realize they are the more important entity in pregnancy. Hands down.

Christians believe life begins at conception. Jews believe is it at first breath. Others have other beliefs and that is allowed.

Sure, other beliefs are "allowed," but they are anti-science. You can debate whether humans have "souls" and maybe when that "soul" takes form. But the question of human life is not debatable. Cars don’t have a million parts. Cars don’t even have ten thousand parts. And if you put all of the parts of a car in front of me, I could assemble them into a car. Because I’ve literally done exactly that numerous times.
