| lol! So many opinions about an album no one has heard yet. |
This. I adore Olivia Rodrigo's Sour album. Young love, young heartbreak, her fans can relate. But come on, Taylor, you are a grown up now. Start acting like one. And I don't hate her. I actually like a decent number of her songs. I dislike how she treated Olivia Rodrigo, when Olivia was a teenager and Taylor was 30+! But whatever. She sells music. |

| She sold more pre-sales of this album that any other she has released. Clearly the fans love it. Why would she stop? Haters gonna hate. |
There goes 75% of all songs, complaining, processing, and emoting about something! Then the other 25% of all songs are about the high of being in love! Woo hoo! |
So true. The haters are hating on Joe. I see them in the TS Facebook fan groups wondering if Joe has keeled over and making fun of the circles under his eyes. This is the word Taylor creates, and it's a mean one. |
It’s not a great look that he hasn’t said anything about her and she’s like “and another thing!” Over and over. |
Hint: a lot of her "breakup songs" aren't about romantic relationships. IIRC, nothing on Folklore is about an ex-boyfriend. Most of Evermore is not. She's released songs about a miscarriage/abortion, her mom having cancer, historical figures, sexism, a high school football team, a suicidal alcoholic (Bigger Than The Whole Sky, Soon You'll Get Better, Last Great American Dynasty, The Man, Long Live, This Is Me Trying). But she wrote breakup songs and that makes her a whiny s**t. How many songs did the Beatles write about relationships? |
Or they have double meanings and go beyond relationship that is surface level, like Miss Americana. |
I wonder if that's because he's too classy/private to kiss and tell, or because she makes everyone sign NDAs. |
