I also like to mix and match skirts and tops to get more outfits. Have a couple of Jcrew cotton skirts with pockets that I love and a couple of favorite tees from Quince.

A few pairs of colorful statement earrings, shade and a straw hat and you're done.

No to all of this. Keens are soooo American.

Keens could not be uglier and just scream American tourist.

Who is trying to convince anyone they’re not an American tourist? If you are an American tourist, it will be apparent when you open your mouth anyway.

All these posters saying they regularly shop on their vacations….im wondering if they have children. My family would bust a gasket if I tried to do any real shopping. I might get a couple hours in if they all want to take a nap but I can’t count on that being towards the front of the trip so have to pack assuming I won’t be able to buy any clothes there.

I’m surprised so many like linen and cotton. Don’t they get incredibly creased? I often stock up on light synthetic clothes (esp dresses) which I can hand wash and hang to dry.
