I know this is negative and not picky but these things bother me specifically because she's so stunning overall so the bad plastic surgery and awkward hair really jump out.

She WAS stunning but she has the kind of pale skin and curly/frizzy hair that don't age well at all. If she didn't have massive amounts of work done I'm sure she would look 60 (which clearly she does not want to look).
Her hair alone probably took a ton of upkeep even at age 30. That fine, curly hair look terrible as it grays--the texture gets even kinkier and more wild.

She looked stunning at the Expats premiere in the black dress. She was back to strawberry blond like in the Batman days and that is THE color hair she needs. Blond just washes her out and her features get lost (the plastic surgery doesn't help!)

I'm watching it, but I am also distracted by Kidman's terrible plastic surgery. I'm also distracted by an extremely tall woman who looks like she needs to be hooked up to an IV due to anorexia. She truly needs to gain at least 25 pounds to not look ill. The acting, in all the roles, isn't good either. But, it's something to watch, so...

She is playing 40 something .....and she typically plays 30s or 40s

Ive enjoyed the first two episodes so far. I'm excited to watch more.

I think I dont notice Nicole Kidman as much after 9 perfect strangers. I must have gotten used to her face, but I remember being a bit shocked watching 9PS.

And then she played the same role in Big Little Lies (2017-2019) when she was 50 years old.

Well she is an actress. She is playing ("acting") early 40s here. She is convincing.

No. Spoiler alert if you don't want to know: Mercy gets pregnant by Hilary's husband, and both Hilary and Margaret go to the hospital to visit her when she has the baby. They never find Margaret's child.
