Counter-protesting the March for Life?

Wow, aren't you a charmer. I happen to be pro-choice, but I respect those who aren't. According to you, March for Life participants are frauds. Arrogant, much?

Dp- what the hell is your problem? If you live in DC you’ve seen the protest. It’s very obvious who attends and why.

What the hell is YOUR problem? Everything in the PP is correct. Kids, classes, families, chaperones - all attend both marches. One doesn't somehow get high marks for participation while the other one doesn't. Get a grip - people are allowed to have a difference of opinion.

This is just one (of many) problems with Democrats. You are completely convinced that you are always right and everyone else is always wrong - incredible arrogance. Newsflash: pro-life protesters have just as much right to march as pro-choice protesters.

Wtf are you even babbling about? If you find people are constantly thinking you are wrong, it’s not because they are democrats, it’s because you’re a belligerent dumbass.
Yes. The high school kids shuttled in from St.Mary’s have just as much a right to voice their uninformed opinions as you do.
That doesn’t change who is marching and why.

I no longer respect anti choice protestors who want to take away a whole nations right to choose.

Imagine if the rest of us started bussing private secular school kids in to counter protest. There would be much wailing about unfairness.

What are you babbling about? Pro-choice protesters are made up of school groups as well. Such an idiotic "argument."

What? No. No schools bus their students to pro-choice rallies. I cut school to go to the pro-choice rally in DC right before the Casey decision and got Saturday detention for my trouble.

Most pro choice private school parents would be appalled their kids are being pulled out of school to be used as political pawns. This rarely happens. Not sure what you are babbling on about pp.

+1
For many years I worked at WHC and took the shuttle bus from Brookland metro to the hospital. There would be busloads of students, priests/nuns and chaperones getting dropped off at the Basilica and they would flood Metro.

Again - I'm pro-choice, but what exactly is the problem here? Pro-choice no marches have tons of kids who take the day off from school, come with chaperones, etc. Curious why one is perfectly ok with you while the other is not?
Because they don't like other Americans with a different view, we have to meet in the middle somewhere.

Yes, we must split the baby . . . Oh wait.
Huh? Wha....?

Pretty sure that was supposed to be a dead baby/abortion joke couched in a religious reference.

Absolutely false and calling you out. I have seen plenty of pro-life and pro-choice events in DC over the 20 years I've been here, and have never seen schools organizing and sending busloads of students to pro-choice protests. Never. You are fabricating a totally false whataboutism here.

It’s going to snow and be messy on Friday. So Mother Nature is already taking care of the counter protest.

The counter protest is scheduled for next November.

I didn’t say schools bus kids to the pro-choice marches. I said school groups attend them - which they absolutely do. Kids take metro en masse to these marches. You don’t even have to “cut school” nowadays to do so, as students are given time to engage in protests.

JFC. Read what I said and then read my last post. It is YOU who is twisting my words. I never said schools organize and bus these kids - but school groups absolutely attend the pro-choice marches. They get there by Metro or parents drive them. So now I’m calling YOU out.

Oh BS. You know exactly what “school groups” means and it’s a group organized by the school. Not some school-aged kids who separately decide to attend a protest.

BS yourself. Many high schools have pro-choice clubs that organize trips to the march. The school itself isn’t involved, but the clubs are extracurricular activities that meet at school and as such, can organize outings like that as they please. Some are called Gender Alliance, ACLU, ERA Activists, Organization of Women’s Empowerment, etc. Maybe educate yourself a little before spouting off?
