I agree with this. First of all, the coach might be a little off with his 3.9 number. But 3.8 is pretty damn close. If he's being told he's the top recruit, he will probably get a pre-read. It's still not a guarantee, but a positive pre-read and being the top recruit makes it a decent bet.
