We do -- DH just said, "Yes, of course I change the filters." I didn't know. Sorry. I guess I'm more clueless than I realized about our home maintenance. He tells me he also cleans the dryer vent "when it needs it."

Most DHs do most of these without saying a word.

These days? I would not be so sure. Mine has no clue on anything home related. We do everything on schedule (including all the things on that list) because I keep the schedule and the first weekend of every month we do the things that have to be/should be done monthly and anything that should be done quarterly/semi-annually/annually that is on that month's rotation.

Every 3 months. Ditto filters on the fridge and air purifier.

- have someone clean your dryer vent
Never, but I vacuum it from the dryer side with a long thin hose.

- clean your AC condenser
Never.

- check/clean your gutters
Was twice a year until we lost a tree that was the source of most leaves, now once a year.

- clean your hot water heater
Never. I know we should but it's a pain.

- change the batteries in your smoke detectors
Not needed, they are all-in-one and we replace the whole unit as needed.

- (adding) paint exterior wood trim, deck, etc
Every one to three years, depending.
