Anyone order Taylor Swift merch for xmas? Has anyone actually received anything?

I'm from Kansas City and KC Chiefs lifelong fan. So, I love any merch with Travis and Taylor in Chiefs colors, Travis's number 87, etc.

I ordered things Dec 15 (2 posters) and they arrived last week on January 8.

My MIL did for my dd. She got it and gave it to dd on time. It was one of the last gifts to arrive.

DD says she’s about the only one at school who received their Taylor swift stuff by Christmas.

CC will tell you to ask for a refund first. Slow fulfillment is not fraud.

:( I ordered two shirts on November 26. WenT back and forth with emails the end of December about. Where my order was, and they said it was still coming. Finally got something January 10 that a label had been created by the shipper. Couple of days ago, I saw on my credit card they refunded the money. They didn’t tell me anything!!! My granddaughter wanted the shirts. It was a Christmas gift. Taylor swift needs to do better.

I got the stuff ordered last week. And it was all free because they refunded what I paid because of the delay. Should have ordered more…

I ordered 3 items on Oct 6, 2023. After email after email after email, I did receive my items on 1/31/24. I was refunded for the items on 2/2/24. I did also receive a credit to the store; however I don't see any merchandise other than an album and a couple other items related to the album.

I reached out and asked for. Refund bc all my Xmas items arrived a few days after Xmas. They took forever to get back to me but they finally did and today I got a refund AND store credit AND was told to keep the items. They basically paid me to buy these items at this point. I hate that it took this long but it looks like they are finally doing the right thing.
