| I received the same email on Christmas Eve at 6:55 AM! I’ve responded numerous times with, “Don’t cancel my order, you quitters! Stay in the game and lose with dignity!” Doubtful anyone is reading them but it’s making me feel better. |

I don't even order her official merch anymore. The quality has gone downhill over the last 5 years.
Etsy has so much cuter and better quality items! DD ordered the 1989 cardigan and it arrived with a huge hole in the side. She contacted the merch store for a replacement but they said only a refund was available. They had no extra stock to send replacements. Huge fail on their part. She was super bummed but used some of her refund money to find a lady to fix it for her. |

| I ordered in November and still nothing, too. I have emailed multiple times, as I can find no phone number, and their responses are always we will ship in a “couple or days” or “we will get back with you” and never do. I bought 4 items as Christmas gifts and had to scramble last minute elsewhere. I am so disappointed and honestly I would think that Taylor Swift would be embarrassed with how unprofessional this company she uses is. |

Supposedly they will be shipped around the middle of January but I will be surprised if they are! I have to wonder if she’s aware of what’s going on with her website and merchandise! |

Y'all are brand new clearly. Her merch has been awful since the umg move and the shipping is ALWAYS slow as molasses. None of this is new. Email umg and complain if you must. Christmas themed items like ornaments are definitely being refunded and still shipped out.
When you order from the website you have to know it will be a surprise when it gets delivered. If you want better merch and faster shipping go to Etsy. Also. Look at the merch. Look at it. It's fugly and lazy. TS and 13 management don't have much to do with the merch. I swear it was some deal with umg. Ya ya keep your music but we will completely run the merch store and take a bigger cut there. RIP og rep merch Signed a swiftie since debut. |

Hi! I came here to see if anyone every got there stuff? I ordered items in late October paid $50 for rush shipping only to find out nothing would ship until 12/31. Here we are in 1/9 and no updates and support stopped responding. At this point I just want my $250 back, my daughters bday was November 5th and she probably doesn’t even care about these items anymore as I had to buy her replacement gifts.

| I just got an email saying my stuff shipped AND they charged me $83, even though they had sent me an email saying they wouldn’t charge me since it was all ordered in November and would arrive before Dec. 15. Bad enough they missed their dates, but now they misrepresented how they would handle it, which has been wrong. Terrible. |

I mean, who isn’t excited for her TS Rep Cover to drop?! So quit it w the criticism, she’s worth the wait, and her team reimburses if delays go beyond reasonable time frames for expected ship dates. |
