How did you manage it until he stopped? |
| Not PP, but use overnights (pull ups) and protective sheet under regular fitted sheet. The pull-ups work better if they wear them under a pair of underwear. |
| At what age would you let them be responsible for taking care of it by themselves? Would you give them a choice if they want to keep wearing pull-ups or not? |
mine just wear the pull-ups and pjs doesn't wear underwear at night. They barely have accidents with leaking. |
no, can't do laundry every night, If he is dry for 7 nights in a row they don't have to wear them untill they have 3 accidents. |
Does he tell you if he has a dry night? |
The boy is asleep when it happens. What kind of effort is a person putting in when they are sleeping?? |
I’m not doubting that he still has accidents while he’s asleep that he has no control of. He might have also had it happen at least one time when he was awake but just decided to pee instead of getting up to use the bathroom. |
Same here, hang in there! Thank goodness to puberty! |
They aren’t too bad, but if they are very wet you can tell. |
| For kids who still wear protection at night do you just keep them in their bedroom and they tell you when they need more? |
| Does anyone’s kids use anything other than the Goodnites? Kids ever complain that they don’t feel comfortable? |
Yes, if he has like 2 remaining he will tell me. Sometimes he forgets and realize the night... |
Do you buy them online or in the store? |
| We use ninjamas. My 11yo DD has not had a single dry night. Pediatrician told us what others heard from theirs. It is going to take until puberty hormones to kick in for it to stop. Her older sister started puberty on the early side but it looks like she will be closer to 12 or even later. No signs yet. |
