| Definitely male name. |
| Middle school teacher here. I have two students named Bryce this year. Both boys. It’s not common but not uncommon either. Not my style name, but I’ve heard worse. |
+1 |
| Male name. I know a 7th grade boy named Bryce. Also know a man in his 40s. |
There's a Hemingway female character named Brett. |
| Thanks PPs! Op here. AA local Washingtonian, late 30s, though not into sports so I was not familiar with Bryce Harper. Also, I am not the Blake OP, I actually dislike the name Blake. 😆 |
| When I think of one named Bryce I think of an intense, talented, strong and precocious person who, alas, doesn't ultimately come through when you actually need them to. |
| Boy. Awful name. And don't even think of Bryson. That's equally as bad. |
| I’m know a 50 year old male Bryce. I always struggle with his name (he has a last name that can be a first name that in my head should just BE his first name; I know otter people who know him have the same problem). For me, the name just doesn’t fit the burly old scientist this guy is. |
| My next door neighbor’s 10 year old son is a Bryce. Very nice/good kid. |

I assume boy.
I know two 15 year olds, one in DMV, one in my midwest hometown. |
Bellamy is not a first name. |
| I know 2 Bryces, both men in their mid-40s. |
| I assume a bro. |
| I know a teenage boy- Bryce |
