Did you gain weight during Covid?

Yes! DH and I had cocktail hour many evenings because our work schedules became insane.

Yes. I sustained a foot injury that didn't heal for almost a year, which made it really hard to exercise. I adore hiking and long walks and I couldn't even walk my dog. It was a hard time.

No, during the SAH order, I was able to exercise every day which was lovely.

When I had Covid, I lost 9 lbs very quickly.

Yes, about ten pounds: I started drinking ALOT , and could no longer take long walks outside, which is what I’d always done. Plus I believe. Cortisol makes it harder to lose weight, and I was very scared.

I lost like 50-60. Like another poster said I think most people went in one direction or the other. I processed my stress by buying a peloton and getting in crazy good shape and suddenly not eating a bunch of crappy restaurant and takeout food all the time. I don't think there was a right way to handle it it was all just something to survive. But I have managed to maintain the weight loss and am hopeful its getting to be a new normal.

Yes, gained about 10 pounds because our main activity was cooking/eating a nice dinner with wine every night. I lost it in 2021 when I realized I was going to start seeing people in person again, and then gained some of it back due to work stress that cut into exercise. Now I've lost 35 lbs on Ozempic so all is good.

I lost about 45 pounds between September 2020 and April 2021. It was something to do - I was bored so i made a little project out of myself. I haven't gained any of the weight back and my eating and exercise habits are much better than pre-pandemic.
