There's a case number and file date - looks to me like he's already been indicted today.

Er - they are going to put these charges to the GJ for indictment. Yes, they need to have a plan - they don't just make it up once they get in front of the GJ.

Have you ever had a job? And prepared for it?

Not according to the AP article.

"The Fulton County District Attorney's office said in a statement that no charges had been filed against Trump.

The document was dated Aug. 14 and named Trump, citing the case as "open," but is no longer available on the court's website. Reuters was not immediately able to determine why the item was posted or removed."The Reuters report that those charges were filed is inaccurate. Beyond that we cannot comment," a spokesperson for the District Attorney's office said."

That is why it appears to be pre-decided by Willis.

This is a "very serious" case.

This is the one that scares the crap out of Trump because even if he gets back in the White House, he can't pardon himself for state charges.

What do you mean “pre-decided by Willis?” Do you have any clue how indictments work?

But the Georgia State Board of Pardons and Paroles can, at the request of the Governor.

No not for mandatory minimum. It is the law. No pardons or early release. Now you can change the law.

Well maybe he will finally have to take responsibility for his crimes for once.

Obviously they don't.

It appears they're some sort of conspiracy nut who believes that because some clerk accidentally made a website placeholder in anticipation of a potential indictment public that they can deduce from that single point of data alone Trumps trial is a kangaroo court.

Don't even bother engaging with them, their brain is mush.

Seem to be some gaps in the numbering of the charges. A good preview though.
