I mean cut-rate broker. They went cheap with an agency offering like 1-2% commission or flat fee listing. This is what tends to happen — the house sits and you end up accepting less than you want.

1.5% to the buyers agent - what a cheapa$$. That's why on top of the clutter and tiny kitchen. and price.
