How is there not more news about this missing teen?

| The county police posted that she is found and the circumstances are still being investigated. What a good day. Her mother is so lovely and I have to imagine her daughter is too. Glad this nightmare is over and wishing them all strength in processing her return. |

Most of the missing teens on the MCPD page are runaways. There are definitely more missing kids over the summer.
This one definitely was a weird situation though. |

I agree. Everyone is acting like they were all abducted and trafficked. I don't know Sophia's situation; but I think the trafficking hysteria is unwarranted |

| I’m the OP and I thank PP for posting the update. I’ve been thinking about her often and worried. I am amazed the security guard recognized her. I’ve looked at the photo repeatedly but honestly doubt I would notice if she walked by me in a mall with some other young people/. So glad she is home safe and wish the whole family healing and peace. |
