If you could go on an international shopping trip (particularly for women’s clothing), where would you go?

What do you get? Any ideas for western wear?

How about these? Maybe not traditional cowboy colors, but very pretty.

For custom? Or do you have store recs?

What type of clothes are you looking for? I am Indian and I usually go nuts buying saris and salwar kurtas. I don’t know much about western wear outside of Anokhi.

Got it. I'm not South Asian, but will go for a scarf, shawl, or a top.

Always Asia - India or HK. Esp HK you will find European designs there too. As much as I love Italian and French styles, it’s Asia that you get diversity in total.

In the US it’s Santa Fe, NYC and LA.

What country should the fatties go to?

This is the only one.

I have gotten beautiful clothes in Italy and Spain and I am a US size 14. Not everyone hates full-figured women.

I have a tailor in India copy beautiful and recreate beautiful western dresses for me. I got gorgeous sundresses made for me using lovely Ikat fabrics and a lot of embroidered stuff too.

I have been happy with stuff from Okhai.com, fabIndia too. Quite cheap though not too much of a selection sometimes.

You can find long scarves/ shawls called dupatta in any sari shop. They come in all kinds of fabrics and are not too expensive.

Going to Japan this summer. Would love to shop, but my bust is 32 H. I’m guessing I won’t be able to find anything.

Also forgot to mention Bangkok.

Shopping in Asia is just sooooo much better. Malls and designers are crazy. Styles are in SE Asia are a bit more lively than the cold dark styles they have in Korea, China and Japan.

It does sound like you grew up with a lot of childhood trauma - was your mother full-figured? Did she shame you when potty training? Or maybe your ex-wife? I would try therapy (and lay off the Viagra). Perhaps lithium??? We'll pray for you, incel.

Then, hop the train to Paris and pick up finishing pieces at Hermes (belts, scarves, sandals) and at Chanel (purses, sun glasses, wallets). Stay at Hotel de Crillon.

I like your style.
