If you could go on an international shopping trip (particularly for women’s clothing), where would you go?

What country should the fatties go to?

I think you're living in it.

Stay in the US. I'm German (5'8", slim but with a big bust). Lived in Japan for several years, and they would routinely tell me as soon as I walked in that they didn't have any large sizes. Just about gave me a complex. In the US I wear a 4.

If I were more petite I would say Korea. However, I am 5’8”, US size 0-2 and am too big for Korean clothes.

Hong Kong. I love the clothes I had made there.

And it is a clothes paradise for every budget level if you know the right markets and places.

What do you get? Any ideas for western wear?

Anonymous wrote:Start in London and do a Matches Fashion private shopping experience in their townhouse next to Claridges (stay at Claridges). Then, hop the train to Paris and pick up finishing pieces at Hermes (belts, scarves, sandals) and at Chanel (purses, sun glasses, wallets). Stay at Hotel de Crillon.

Now that's a great trip. I've found some of my favorite clothes at Matches (but haven't done the private shopping experience.)

How about these? Maybe not traditional cowboy colors, but very pretty.
