So I used to get a kick out of Kristywicks even though her indoor home decor is not my taste. I thought she seemed sweet. I enjoyed seeing her garden outside. I liked the rapport with her husband. Her daughter seemed down to earth.
Then she got more followers and it went to her head. Then she moved to Santa Barbara and started an awful reno and everything seemed phony and superficial. I started following her adult daughter for a bit since I am a fan of weightwatchers and healthy eating and I liked how open she was with her weighloss journey. Then I saw her flip out online when someone told her girl scout cookies were processed crap. It wasn't me, but the chemicals and junk on processed cookies is garbage and even if she doesn't agree, no need to snark on IG. If I am going to indulge it is on a treat with ingredients that are real food, but to each their own. Anyhoo, now it's just a hate read for me, though it's hard to see someone spend that much money for things like a freakish amount of molding. |

I almost forgot one thing....Kristy (not the daughter) just lost 17 pounds mysteriously after spending years saying she planned to eat more healthy and exercise. She claims it was from cutting out cocktails. I wasn't a fan of her botox, etc, but I respected her for being honest. I would be willing to bet money she tried one of the new injections...ohhh ohhh ozempic perhaps. It reminds me of a friend in highschool who turned bulimic, but claimed she lost the weight through giving up Pepsi. She never drank Pepsi. Very few middle age women suddenly drop close to 20 pounds unless ill or under enormous stress. She didn't have a weight issue to begin with. |

| I liked The McKnight’s (Cute Girls Hairstyles) years ago. I just realized that Mindy was 19 or 20 when she had the twins, and one of the twins married recently at 21/22. They’ve been going longer than any Influencer family I can think of at 15 years so I give them props for that. |

OK I will get hate for this...was a big fan of BigTimeAdulting and still have respect for them for all they went through with their son's cancer treatment and he is the cutest sweet sweetest thing ever! And...gotta love her dance and lip sync in the kitchen videos. However, I think fame is going to her head. She flipped out when
Jennifer Anniston liked or shared a video and went on and on about her obsession with Brad Pitt. It was overkill. She also made a video about how annoying moms are who want playdates with her toddler and how she doesn't want to socialize with them. Totally fine when authors in parenting magazines did this because they weren't becoming famous on IG and nobody knew who they were, but this woman gets picked up by Scarrymommy IG- enough with the snootiness. She posted a video once of herself drunk and I guess grating with the doorway. We get it, you are a cool mom who gets drunk with all your jock friends?! She has an ongoing joke about how her husband insists on skiing in Vermont a bunch of times in winter and she is much happier at the beach. Maybe just work out a compromise with HIM. She also makes her youngest out to be the devil. I know people need to vent about their kids, but you get the sense the oldest is the Golden, the girl may have some Golden status too and the youngest is the terror...In fact, she has called him a terrorist. Still find her funny sometimes, but I find myself cringing more than laughing these days. |

Different poster. I remember this. They fled Covid to Arizona and then went for a country gal vibe and even bought a cow who mysteriously vanished. Then Taza mysteriously vanished. People on reddit stalked her family IGs and found her looking better nourished, short hair and no fake smile. So she is alive and hopefully living in the moment and enjoying her kids rather than making everything about the gram. |
