You're assumption that people working from home aren't working is just BS. I work in an almost fully remote agency, with lots of performance measurements and metrics. It shows people are working. Period. Telework and wfh doesn't create a performance issue with proper oversight and performance measurements. Fact. |

I agree that people come up with lame excuses for not wanting to return to the office. But even before Covid, when people came into the office 100%, there were performance issues. People who don’t want to work will not work even when they are in an office building. They’ll socialize, surf the web all day on their phone, go to the gym, talk long walks or lunches, etc. |
