Capital One, going back 3 days a week

Oh great. How will this impact traffic around Tyson’s? It’s already getting bad enough as-is.

I live in McLean and already dreading the traffic, I try to avoid going that way because it's crazy out there.

Drove to Arlington from Tysons today at 1pm. The traffic was pretty nutty. I was surprised that it was so heavy.

Big babies.

Everyone?

It’s gonna keep getting worse. Start saving for a helicopter because that’s the only way you are going to be able to get anywhere over there.

Most have started requiring 3 days in the office, and if not, it's coming. I'm talking about the private industry, not government.

I don't know why any of you are surprised.

Why do I feel like you are the one going into everyones office and yapping on and on about your cats for an hour while we are all trying to get our work done?

Are you the one hustling two jobs at the same time because you are just so "super duper productive" and "no one will ever know?"

They know. We all know.

Do you work there? Why do you care?

Ohhh, not PP but this is me. Sorry, but I'm not sorry about that.

WFH if it suits you. Go in if it suits you. Everyone has a preference. Why can't we all just do this? It's logic.

Because as much as some people want to claim that they are just as productive if not more when they are at home, most of us are not. There is a key component of collaboration that just doesn't happen to the same extent when we are all on Teams and working from home. Some jobs, absolutely! But there are a lot of jobs that are 100% done better when everyone is in person.

Stop pulling everyone into your preference. Feel free to go in the office.

Oh yeah this person definitely will. Probably a middle manager who has nothing to do but bore people to death.
