You mean he erected a huge straw man and is pummeling Virginia’s top ranked schools into the ground.

Um, what? If anything, he's advocating for TJ - arguably one of the best schools in the nation - to return to a merit-based admissions system. How on earth is that "pummeling top ranked schools into the ground"? He wants ALL of our schools to be better, not just the top ones.

The “trying to take us back to the 1950s” trope is getting old and no one believes it.

Probably the same troll who constantly claims he wants women "barefoot and in the kitchen" - oh, and will also be "putting a bounty on women." I'd be so embarrassed to have that psycho speaking for me.

What has he done to return TJ to merit based admissions? Attacking others in the media doesn’t count.

“ Youngkin’s approval rating is up five points from November with 57% of Virginians reporting that they approve of the way he is handling his job as governor (from 52% in November). His disapproval is also down six points from November (41% in November, 35% now).”

In an off year election, he could definitely pull off a senate win with the right type of political climate (if he’s not VP pick before then)

lol

Nice piece of propaganda. His election was a good wake up call for all states. Younkin will never be elected again, for anything

"Propaganda"? I guess you're not familiar with IPOR, which is not at all surprising.

Blame the idiotic all democrat Fairfax School Board instead of Youngkin.

Bingo.

Thank you for the being the first person to actually name something he did! Seems to be mightily outweighed by the turning down of jobs, the 8 competence of his education department, the leaving the state to campaign for maga candidates and be on right wing media but I appreciate that someone finally said something.

so you support election deniers, grifters, school choice bs criminals and liars?

PLease explain why you think Younkin has done one honest thing or good thing in office?

NO he has not

He will never leave he has plans for VA and they are not good.

"Each Saturday Al Hartman in TX and 👉 Ivan Raiklin 👈 in VA host an *Election Integrity Call* for collaboration among active leaders in the election remedy process at the state level."

Glenn Youngkin is never going to leave VA no matter what the VA constitution says.

You idiots voted in crap.

Love the ad hominems. They reveal such a dearth of character and critical thinking. And the tinfoil hat conspiracy thinking about Youngkin plotting to stay in office forever really adds a Trumpian touch. Sadly, this is quite indicative of the mental state of the modern, (usually) white progressive woman these days. Youngkin is no worse, and probably not much better, than McAuliffe or Northam were over the prior too gubernatorial administrations. But ohmagod he's ruining the Commonwealth!

+ a million
Well said.

In the right climate, he could potentially take down Kaine. Warner is untouchable though.

NO this is a Roanoke poll and it is like 150 people
worthless

DP. It was actually 680 people. It's almost too easy to prove how stupid you are.

He is a refreshing breath of fresh air and sanity in politics.

Hope he goes on to higher offices after his term is up.

He also stepped up and called out LCSB for their gross negligence and tasked AG Miyares with investigating their cover up.

$90 Million in Grants to Develop Industrial Sites Across Commonwealth

Center for Manufacturing Advancement (CMA), a state-funded project located on the campus of the Institute for Advanced Learning and Research (IALR), is open and ready to attract new businesses and jobs to the Commonwealth of Virginia. Youngkin joined IALR and industry partners for a ribbon cutting to recognize the CMA as Virginia’s newest pro-business platform for developing manufacturing technologies that support business expansion in the region and skilled workforce development.

Billions of dollars in tax relief for Virginians.
The tax cut plan builds on $4 billion of tax relief that Youngkin said has already been provided. The governor said the additional $1 billion in tax relief would benefit both families and businesses by increasing the standard deduction, providing businesses with a corporate tax cut and a qualified business income (QBI) deduction.
