My principal, a male, said the same thing. He also has a reputation as a bully and will blacklist anyone that doesn’t worship him.

Is this a W middle?

No. A well regarded MS in another part of the county where the teachers are afraid to file formal complaints because the principal has been allowed to do whatever he wants for so long.

What are the complaints? If the school is good, aren't teachers usually happy?

Or what does he do? Don't principals have to fall into the MCPS central office expectations?

Do you mean SH?

I think you mean LS.

Not surprising.

is LS retiring??

It’s her first year and I don’t know why they assigned her to a magnet school when she doesn’t have experience working in that background.

Different LS that is also associated with SH

Are these middle schools?

Sexual harassment, gaslighting, getting yelled at and lied to

The principals initials must be CS or JB. If it’s not a W middle, it can’t be CN.

Technically tomorrow, 2/17 but I’ve heard some already know.

This is the problem with MCPS. We all know who the problem people are but nothing gets done about it.

They know too, but the pickings are slim. In MCPS principals who suck still have job security. They may not move up, but their staff are stuck with them. Their fellow principals at other schools know who the bad ones are. They all gossip. The terrible ones think they’re fantastic tho and think their colleagues think highly of them. They don’t.

Well regarded usually means parent perception, not necessarily that of teachers. On DCUM, it can even mean the perception of just a certain demographic subgroup of parents.

There are so few magnet programs in this area that it’s impossible for all principals of magnet schools to have that background. Plus, 2/3 of the school is comprehensive students. Not everything can revolve around the 1/3 that are magnet.

Exactly. I know one of these two and it's pretty bad.
