Not surprising. |
Sounds like a question for the union shop steward. |
Our school has several union reps. They are leaving over working conditions. |
No, it is not required. However, on Monday, our principal said that she expected to be told since she would let principals who called her know she had not been informed. She seemed to think this was being sneaky. the truth is that people often interview casually because they want to know their options. |
is LS retiring?? |
It’s her first year and I don’t know why they assigned her to a magnet school when she doesn’t have experience working in that background. |
Different LS that is also associated with SH |
My principal, a male, said the same thing. He also has a reputation as a bully and will blacklist anyone that doesn’t worship him. |
Is this a W middle? |
Is this at Waters landing by chance? |
Said on page one of the thread that it’s a middle school. |
No. A well regarded MS in another part of the county where the teachers are afraid to file formal complaints because the principal has been allowed to do whatever he wants for so long. |
Not required but most principals I know prefer the heads up so they are not surprised by a call for a recommendation.
|
If it s the MS start with T ?( they had a meeting on this date and new principal ) If teachers will start to leave this school , it will be even worse than the situation today. Parents must wake up and act. |
What are the complaints? If the school is good, aren't teachers usually happy? |
