Yes the size of the home is generally bigger but the lots don't seem be.
Even Purcellville seems overpriced and expensive. |
| Houses are much bigger. |
| No idea why it’s expensive. SIL lives in Ashburn and it’s just boring. Restaurant scene is terrible. So many data centers and cookie cutter developments with no character. |
That’s all of nova, tbh. |
Not McLean |
LOL it definitely is McLean too. https://redf.in/HOwQ3N https://redf.in/gMs2kC https://redf.in/LX7nBI This is as cookie cutter as it gets. |
Jobs?? You mean data centers ....there are no companies (except NG) in Loudoun. Please !! |
But I love plastic houses !! Can I also get one in grey?? |
| Larger, newer homes with generally less congestion and less crime than closer in suburbs. Decent schools and public services. Less intense commercial development. |
I have heard that Fairfax is declining since I moved here in 1987. I would think it would be at the bottom by now. |
I haven't. Only the last five to ten years. |
|
What are you talking about?! Drive down 28 and there's huge office buildings for defense contractors and IT. Data centers aren't big job centers. Or if you want to drive 30-45min there's Tysons which is HQ to lots of major companies. |
| Loudoun west of Leesburg doesn’t even house the 703/571 area code. They use a shenadoah/piedmont region area code, where they rightly belong. Stop trying to fit in to the ‘NOVA’ mold. |
Never heard of Purce-whatever in my life. |
