She didn’t want to run or would have in the primary. She just knows first hand how horrible he is

I’m not an Elrich fan (voted for Blair in primary) but he’s one of the few MoCo politicians who never seemed all that interested in using his time in local govt as a springboard for higher office. I do appreciate that about him.
