Have you ever been “flewed out”?

Am laughing at all the squares here correcting you OP. It is, as OP said correctly, "flewed out." That is how City Girls uses it, this is how the yutes use it. Now, yes, they mean flown out (one of the City Girls says she had a brain blip and blurted out flewed when she mean flown), but "flewed out" is the slang expression.
