I’m confused by the decision to use her to narrate, considering her character died in 1883. Is she narrating as Elsa, the character she played? Very confusing.

I binged 1883 and loved it - but can’t get thru even the first episode of 1923

It’s awful

It isn’t the time period because I enjoyed boardwalk empire, gilded age, downtown abbey

1923 just feels off

As anyone watch last night 1923 with Alexandra 's excruciating and humiliating medical examination by doctors at Ellis Island. If this was truly the way women were treated then it is criminal.
