Because she equates “liberal” with “woke” which is a Twitter thing not a real life thing. Twitter is not representative of all America.

Right. But I’m talking about the conservative epithet of woke, not the actual definition. She hopped on the conservative rebranding of woke and would drone on and on about it on Bill Maher’s show. My issue with her freedom of speech opinion (and many others) is they fail to understand that the opposition has a right to freedom of speech too. She expects real life to be like Twitter; she says what she wants and gets a silent thumbs up or down. It isn’t how the real world operates.

America: both sides talk but no one listens.

Please share an example where Bari Weiss has has failed to understand that the opposition also has a right to freedom of speech.
