Transporting a frozen lasagna - 10 hour trip

Unless the lasagna totally thaws and the temp of it goes over 40 degrees for several hours she is fine - which seems entirely impossible given a frozen solid block of lasagna and a 10 yr drive.

I don’t think it’s a dilemma. People just want to be food safe and I can appreciate that.

You could literally put the thing in the trunk with no cooler and it would still be semi frozen when you get there.
