The student is at another APS middle school this year with no issues so far.

On a related note to this subject, several Kenmore students beat up a hamm student after the basketball game yesterday. Police involved.

How do you know there are no issues so far? Which school received the student?

I heard the issues continued at the new school.

OP, you may want to post on the special needs forum and ask specifically about your zoned mid school. I think I saw a mention of Williamsburg which is notoriously bad for support for kids with disabilities. Go private, apply for a transfer or if you have no other choice, hire an attorney.

And general comment; this type of punting of students (or staff!) with severe issues resulting in a new set of students not being safe at school must end.
