And are they not holiday nepotism beneficiaries? They get extra stars for making it with no family connections.

I find them both self righteous and self important but if you’re at that level of fame it’s almost a guarantee you would be narcissistic (no matter how much you try not to be).

They wanted a big family anyway but I’m sure this helped make their decision to go for it easier. I initially wanted 3, but when I got my boy and my girl I realized we don’t actually need to go for the third.

Good for you. I never wanted a boy and I am forever grateful that one wasn't foisted upon me and I still got the 3 kids I wanted.

Her sister starred in one of the greatest ten movies of all time- Teen Witch. She’s really beautiful.

YESSSS....Teen Witch is a cult favorite.

Her half brother Jason Lively played Rusty in European Vacation. Robin, Jason, and Blake's dad was Ernie Lively - an actor - so def a show biz family.

Yikes! Touched a nerve? 3 girls?! Have fun paying for the weddings!

Yes, they're slightly annoying, but they're very talented. Blake is an great actor and Ryan is funny. I think being annoying is part of his stage persona.

I like them. I hope they continue being a happy family.

Blake's parents are in the industry. Not super high level nepotism but as actors and Hollywood talent managers they definitely greased the wheels for her.

Oh well. It seems like it’s almost impossible to find a Hollywood power couple that didn’t have family in the industry! It’s as bad as the building trades!

NP but I am from a family of three girls and we all paid for our own weddings. Who still asks their parents to do that?

Different poster, but my dad paid for my wedding. He'd have been HIGHLY offended if I didn't let him. HIGHLY.

DP. Don’t get me wrong it’s great that your dad paid for your wedding but come on it’s 2022… I’ll superfund my girls’ 529s before I even entertain saving for a wedding. My parents (both mom and dad, separately) contributed to my wedding - which was great - but even more great was them paying for my college and law school so I could graduate debt free.

Some parents do all of that and weddings. It’s all helpful to the kids - money is fungible.
